Mission

Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Hub, located at 12740 102 Avenue, has space for community groups to rent during the day, evening or weekend. We are especially interested in groups seeking to serve families, seniors or youth who live in the neighbourhood. Space and facilities are also available to rent for children’s birthday parties. Available space including a big children activity room (w/ small kitchen), a hall with commercial-sized kitchen and a classroom/activity space.

  • To hold your reservation, a $50 refundable deposit holds your booking. The remainder is due one week before your party. Payment accepted by cash or cheques only.
  • Evening starts at 5:30pm and ends at 10:00pm
  • Each additional hour is $15.
  • The renter is responsible for leaving the building as it was found Hub Space
